At Travis Resmondo Sod your turf grass is always guaranteed to be fresh and healthy. When you place an order with us your sod is cut directly from our 972 acre sod farm located in Lake Wales Florida. It is carefully loaded onto our company owned semi trucks covered to prevent your turf from drying out and delivered straight to your home or jobsite.

Please fill out the form below to place your turf grass order. Once the form is submitted a Travis Resmondo customer service representative will contact you to confirm the order and total amount due. Next day delivery is available in most cases. We offer forklift service with all of our deliveries. Our forklifts require an 9' opening to fit into fenced in areas. Please mark the location that you want your turf grass to be delivered and any sprinkler heads, wells, septic's or other areas of concern.

	* Make sure that the phone number you provided in the above form is the number that our truck driver can reach you on at the time of delivery. 30 DAY WEED WARRANTY ONLY We must be notified within 30 days of delivery in writing with a copy of this invoice if you have a weed concern. GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS Sod must be laid within 24 hours of delivery. Sod must have at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day. Water everyday 30 minutes for the first 10 days, may require more depending on the weather conditions, season, etc. Water 20 minutes per day 3 times a week once established. A fungicide & insecticide should be applied within 7-10 days of installation (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) Fertilization recommended every 60 to 90 days (16-4-8)
